Now iPhone 11 will be made in India, production starts in India

Apple has decided to make its flagship series smartphone iPhone 11 for the first time in India.  Earlier, the company made smartphones in India, but they were not the top of the line variants.
American company Apple has started manufacturing its latest flagship series iPhone 11 in India. The iPhone 11 is being built at Foxconn's plant near Chennai.

However, this is not the first time that Apple is making iPhones in India. Even before this, the company has assembled some models in India. But for the first time, the company has started making the flagship series in India.

According to an ET report, Apple will increase production in India in the coming time, but it will be done in several stages. Not only this, it has also been said in the report that the company can export in other countries by making iPhone 11 in India in the coming time.

IPhone production in India can make iPhones cheap here, but there is no guarantee. Due to local making, the company can save up to 22% import tax and can also sell the iPhone 11 at a lower price in India.

Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal has tweeted a tweet. In this tweet, he wrote, 'This is a significant boost for Make in India. Apple has started making iPhone 11 in India, for the first time Apple is making top of the line model in India '

Earlier, Apple has produced the iPhone XR at Foxconn's plant, but despite this there has been no significant reduction in its price. Apart from this, the company also assembled the iPhone SE in India.
